Background
The British RSA Group are among the biggest players in the insurance sector. However, despite several well-known clients, the industry insurer is still not very well known in Germany. That’s all about to change with the help of rheinfaktor.

Strategy
rheinfaktor conducts a positioning workshop with RSA, aimed at identifying the brand’s strengths and relevant benefits vis-à-vis the German market. The result? RSA’s consistent client-focus, excellent technical know-how, global competence and local strength emerge as key attributes and feature strongly throughout all the communication materials (image brochures, product flyers, website, company presentation, press kit).

Result
RSA’s focused profile clearly communicates the services of the group in Germany.  The company is cemented in the target group’s consciousness, perceived as a competent partner for industrial insurance and receives positive feedback. The integrated communication materials provide RSA employees with effective tools to support them in their work.
