Strategy
“Responsible, proactive and inspiring”: Essilor stands for these brand values. In order to convey these values in the consumer and partner communications rheinfaktor begins by creating a distinctive, emotional identity and premium communications materials that express Essilor’s spirit. By using an upbeat, direct approach, an authentic photography style and real testimonials rather than models, rheinfaktor creates positive buzz for the brand. A Customer Loyalty Program is developed and realized to further strengthen bonds with opticians.
Result
The new lively and authentic image is very well received by both partners and the industry. Essilor is perceived increasingly as a sympathetic, eye-level partner – and after only a short space of time Essilor creates real distinction between itself and its competitors.
